FilmFyn was established in 2002. The fund invests in feature films and television drama, where costs up to 50 % are spend in the southern part of Funen. Filmfyn´s budget for supporting film/TV/audiovisual productions:
In 2006: EUR 1,34 M.
In 2007: EUR 1,14 M.
In 2008: EUR 3 M.
Type of productions supported: primarily feature films, but any films with investment potential will be considered. Type of aid: Selective scheme. Investment and films must spend min. 200% of investment on Southern Funen.

Cine-Regio representative -Mr. Lars Hermann
Lars Hermann started his career with Danish shipping giant A.P. Møller-Maersk. After ten years, including five years posted in New York and Houston, he was accepted into the producer programme at The National Film School of Denmark, from which he graduated in 1995.
Previously he was a producer with Nordisk Film, Head of Development at the Danish Film Institute, member of the board of Eurimages, chairman of the board of Oresund Film Commission and member of the board of Nordisk Film Post Production A/S, FilmTeknikk AS and Filmteknik AB.
For three years he was managing director of Nordisk Film Post Production A/S and then Head of International Co-production for Nordisk.
He is on the advisory board of Roskilde University's graduate programme of Master of Experience Management and its Center of Experience Research.
He has produced a number of films including Jan Troell’s “As White as in Snow”, the Uk-Irish-danish thriller “Johnny Was” (2005), starring Vinnie Jones, Samantha Mumba, Lennox Lewis, Eriq La Salle and Roger Daltrey, and 2007’s “The Riddle”, starring Vinnie Jones, Derek Jacobi, Vanessa Redgrave, Julie Cox, Jason Flemyng and Mel Smith..
Lars is currently an MBA student with the University of Leicester.
